The circumstances which require a house clearance are usually very stressful, our comprehensive service aims to take the stress out of this part, and to make it as easy for you as possible; At your initial contact we will agree a suitable time and date for the clearance, and we arrive at the agreed time and place to carry out the job - GUARANTEED We have a maximum charge based on the size of the property. This charge will cover the removal of all contents of the property, including lofts/garages/sheds etc, whatever the condition of the items. This will be clearly explained before you book the clearance. There are no tipping or other disposal charges to be added to this charge. We uplift carpets where required (this may be particularly important in council properties, and we advise you to check whether your local authority requires this) Where there are items in the property which are re-sellable then we reduce our fee accordingly. Where the property contains a large amount of re-sellable furniture or items of value we will make you an offer for these pieces. The offer will include the full house clearance services. We will settle with you immediately, and provide all necessary documentation and copies if required. There are very rare instances where we would not be able to undertake the clearance for the normal fee, for example where the property was extremely large, and in such instances any variation to the normal fee would be discussed and agreed before any work was commenced. We offer a complete house clearance service to our clients, clearing the house of all its contents, properly disposing of all items that cannot be sold, and cleaning the house afterwards, ensuring that it is clean and tidy for the new occupants.
